250 grams rajma
4 tomatoes
2 onions
6-7 garlic cloves
2 green chilies
1-inch piece of ginger
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red flavorer
1 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
Method
First of all, soak the rajma together for 6 hours or for the entire night, when the rajma gets soaked and swells, then boil the rajma within the cooker.
Tomato, onion, ginger, garlic will all be cut and grind during a mixer.
In the mixer we want to grind tomatoes, onions, put ghee during a pan and fry it well, then add all the spices and fry it alright, then put it within the boiled kidney beans. Then cook it for a quarter-hour and put garam masala on top.
Our rajma is prepared, now we’ll serve it with rice, it tastes excellent with rice.
