500 grams white gram

Method
First of all, you’ll soak the chickpea gram for four to 5 hours, then put it within the cooker and keep it to boil.
Grind all the spices together during a mixer and make a powder of it.
Grind tomato, onion, ginger, garlic and make a paste of it, heat the pan, add ghee thereto, fry the onion, fry the tomato too.
Then put the boiled gram within the tomato masala and add the masala that was ground and blend it well.
Put curd within the flour, add salt and knead it well and keep it covered for two hours.
Make a ball and roll it into shape and shake the bhatura well during a hot pan from both edges.
Our Chole Bhature is ready now we will serve it.
